Water Based Flexo Inks
Roztar Water Based Flexo Inks are designed for Kraft and PE substrates, sulfite bags and similar lightweight papers. They also suit treated high- and low-density polythene, treated polypropylene and cellulose films.

Drying and reduction
Use hot-air dryers or IR dryers combined with an air stream. Reduce with water. If color strength is too high, use Roztar clear medium to preserve end properties.

- Pigmentation: 10–12%
- pH: 8.5–9.0
- Viscosity: 20–30 seconds, DIN cup no. 4
pH control
Maintain ink pH for a clear print. If the ink has been reduced too much with water, add Roztar pH booster.
Color availability
Full range of Pantone mixing and Pantone matched colors.
Storage and handling
Store away from direct sunlight at 20–40°C. Use gloves and eye protection and avoid skin and eye contact. Dispose of printing ink waste in accordance with applicable regulations and good industrial practice.
