UV-Curable Screen-printing Inks
Application:
For printing blow & injection moulded containers, bottles, jerry cans, drums, buckets, tubes, coroplast, Styrofoam and various other plastic and metal surfaces.
End Use:
HDPE, PP, PET, PC, Acrylic, Coroplast, Glass bottles, containers, jars and jerrycans for packing lubricants, dishwashing detergent bottles, pails packaging for grease and vegetable oil.
Properties:
- Excellent adhesion to treated, HDPE, PP, PC substrates
- Fast curing
- Solvent resistant
- Colour matched to Pantone
- Extra opaque white
- High gloss colours
- Enhanced scuff and scratch resistance
- Tape resistant (treatment level should be at least 40 dynes)
- Resistant to various fillings like oil, grease lubricates, etc.
- Low odour
- ITX & heavy- metal free pigments
Auxiliaries:
- UV Reducer Max. 5 – 10% addition
- Clear Varnish for extra protection & high gloss
- Curing additives for dark colors
- Wadaan cleaning solvents (for cleaning purpose of screens & equipment)
