Application:
Wadaan SB: Pre-treated printing on blow & injection moulded PP, PE, HDPE, PET, ABS, Polycarbonate containers and coated metal
Wadaan GL: Two component (Chemical resistant ink) for glass. metal & ceramic
Wadaan PVC: Paper & board, PVC labels & sheets Wadaan PP: Untreated polypropylene jars & buckets
Properties:
- Excellent Adhesion to treated, PE, PP, PC substrates & coated metal drums
- Non-stop printing, Fast drying
- Best Inter-coat adhesion
- Colour matched to Pantone
- Extra opaque white
- High gloss colours
- Good scuff and scratch resistance
- Tape resistant (treatment level should be at least 40 dynes)
- Resistant to various fillings like oil, grease lubricates, etc.
- Low odour
- Heavy- metal free pigments
Auxiliaries:
- Viscosity reducer max. 5% addition
- Wadaan reducers (normal dry)
- Wadaan retarder (slow dry)
- Wadaan cleaning solvents (for cleaning purpose of screens & equipment)
